MCrimApp 4343/08 - Ajaj v. State of Israel Decision

Decision on an appeal by a Palestinian from Ramallah, suspected of use and possession of stolen vehicles and parts, filed against the District Court's decision to dismiss his appeal against the Magistrates' Court's decision to extend his detention until the end of proceedings. The appeal was dismissed. The Supreme Court rules that the Magistrates' Court's competence to rule in the appellant's case has been sufficiently proven, and that the appellant's claim of a flaw in the indictment was baseless.
