Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination 63rd Session
The Committee calls on Israel to revoke the Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law (Temporary Order), 5763 – 2003, and to reconsider its discriminatory family unification policy. The Committee also requests Israel to provide it with detailed information on this matter in the coming periodic report.
