AP (Jerusalem) 952/02 - Abu Gwella et al. v. Minister of Interior et al. Petitioners' Response

The petitioners challenge delaying a decision until judgment is rendered in HCJ 4608/02, in that the petitions being heard in the High Court action deal with family unification, and not with the status of children of permanent residents. The matters are separate, the criteria differ, and the petitions oppose the respondents’ attempt to apply Government Decision 1813 to arranging the status of children of permanent residents, whom the government’s decision does not mention.
