AP 725/03 - Rajub et al. v. The Minister of the Interior et al. Judgment

Judgment in HaMoked's petition to grant temporary status to the husband of an Israeli resident, who has lived in Jerusalem with his wife since they married, in 1990. After the HCJ returned the petition to the Court of Administrative Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior agreed to upgrade the petitioner's status. The Court rejects the petitioner's request that the status be upgraded retroactively in 2002, but rules that 10,000 NIS in costs be paid to HaMoked.
