HCJ 1034/04 - Qotina et al. v. Commander of IDF Forces in the Gaza Strip Petition for Order Nisi
A petition to permit two Israeli women entry into the Gaza Strip to visit their ill father, as well as to permit Israelis to visit their relatives living in the Gaza Strip under the direction of the Palestinian Authority during Eid al-Adha (Festival of Sacrifice). As a result, the authorities agreed to permit first-degree relatives to enter for visitations, under certain restrictions.
