The Military Legal Advisor for the West Bank's announcement concerning the arrest of a Palestinian in the West Bank and the intent to forcibly transfer him to the Gaza Strip, on the claim that his registered address is in the Gaza Strip and he is present in the West Bank without a permit. The Military Legal Advisor notes that it is known that the plaintiff has lived in the West Bank since 1996, but throughout this time he was present there without a permit, and the amount of time that has elapsed is not a justification for his "unlawful behavior".
