To whom is permission granted to enter the seam zone (the area between the Green Line and the separation wall), and on what conditions?
	No one is entitled to enter, other than the military forces
	Only Palestinians who received a special permit after having proved they either work or live in the area
	Only Palestinians carrying a permit, as well as any Jew whatsoever, including non-Israeli citizens
	Only military forces and Israeli settlers who reside in the area
