In 2003, HaMoked revealed the existence of an Israeli secret prison facility where Palestinian detainees were held in appalling conditions and interrogated under torture by members of the Israeli Security Agency. What befell the prison after its exposure?
	That same year, the secret prison was completely shut down by order of the High Court of Justice (HCJ)
	The prison still exists; the State continues to withhold its location; on occasion, prisoners are held there. The conditions of detention and interrogation methods are still unsupervised
	Following media coverage and HaMoked's petition to the HCJ, the State disclosed the location of the prison. Torture was stopped and conditions of detention were placed under supervision
