Hearings are scheduled in HaMoked's objections against the removal of four East Jerusalem residents from their city: the objections will be heard on December 22, 2014, at the Home Front Command headquarters in Ramle

HaMoked is battling against a renewed phenomenon in East Jerusalem – administrative removal orders issued by the military against residents of the city, meaning just one thing: the expulsion of the residents from their home city, without any accusations being brought against them. It should be noted that East Jerusalem is occupied territory for all intents and purposes, and that the deportation of protected persons from occupied territory is strictly forbidden under the Geneva Convention.

On December 9, 2014, HaMoked filed three objections against the military's administrative removal orders issued against three residents of the city; another objection was filed on December 11, 2014 on behalf of a fourth city resident. HaMoked asserts, inter alia, that the orders are obscure and injurious and were issued without authority; further, that the military violated the expelled individuals' right to a hearing prior to serving the orders.

On December 16, 2014, the military notified HaMoked that the four objections had been scheduled for a hearing on December 22, 2014, at the Home Front Command headquarters in Ramle.
