The HCJ held a hearing in two of HaMoked's petitions against the intended punitive demolitions of homes in East Jerusalem: judgment will be issued after the hearing in the general petition against the punitive house demolition policy

Yesterday, December 1, 2014, the HCJ held a hearing in HaMoked's petitions against the intended punitive demolitions of the family homes of the suspected shooter of right-wing activist Yehuda Glick and the vehicle assailant in the Jerusalem Light Rail station lethal attack.

The HCJ justices announced that their decision in the two individual petitions would be delivered only after the hearing in HaMoked's general petition against punitive house demolition policy. This petition will be heard tomorrow, December 3, 2014, at 11:30 a.m., together with the petitions filed on behalf of the families of the two men from Jabal al Mukabber who perpetrated the Jerusalem synagogue attack.
