The military's response to HaMoked's freedom-of-information application for figures on the seizure of OPT residents’ property. The military supplies information to only half of HaMoked questions, and gives the number of seizure orders issued pursuant to the Defense (Emergency) Regulations and the Order concerning Security Provisions. According to the response, whereas in 2011, the military commander issued only a single seizure order under the Defense (Emergency) Regulations, in 2012, he issued 25 such orders, and in 2013, no fewer than 116 seizure orders, as well as three orders pursuant to Section 61 of the Order concerning Security Provisions.
