Updated Procedure for Processing Applications by Palestinians Inquiring about Security Preclusions to Travel Abroad

The updated military procedure regulating treatment of applications by Palestinians wishing to inquire whether they are precluded from leaving the West Bank to go abroad. According to the procedure, applicants must submit their applications at the DCOs. Those who are not precluded will not receive an answer immediately but must arrive at the DCO again four days later. Those who discover at this time that they are precluded can begin the eight-week long administrative appeal process only then.
