Kept in the Dark: report by HaMoked and B'Tselem exposing the routine torture committed in the secretive ISA interrogation facility in Petach-Tikva; the report indicates that detainees in Petach-Tikva were subjected to methods which are absolutely prohibited under Israeli and international law, and which constitute cruel, inhuman and degrading treatment, and in some cases torture.
