Settlement agreement, given the effect of judgment, in a civil claim filed by HaMoked on behalf of a Palestinian from 'Ein Qiniya village whose home was demolished by the military. According to the agreement, reached in out of court negotiations between the parties, the state will pay the plaintiff ILS 72,900 in compensation for the demolition of her home.
