CC 12307/98 - Abu Diab v. The State of Israel Statement of Claim

Civil claim filed by HaMoked on behalf of a Palestinian from 'Ein Qiniya village, whose home was demolished by the military. HaMoked demands that Israel compensate the plaintiff in the sum of ILS 140,800 for the demolition of her home. The military demolished the home without notifying the plaintiff that a demolition order had been issued, without allowing her to present her arguments or giving her time to seek court assistance. Although the military's legal advisor for the West Bank concluded that the complainant "is entitled to be compensated for the damage caused to her as a result of the demolition", until the civil claim's filing date, the plaintiff has not been compensated for her damages.
