The Humanitarian Impact of the West Bank Barrier on Palestinian Communities - East Jerusalem

UN report examining the humanitarian, social and economic ramifications of the separation wall on life in East Jerusalem. The authors claim that the wall severely damages normal life. For example, the number of visitors to hospitals dropped by 50% since its erection, Muslims and Christians are unable to visit holy places and students conduct an exhausting daily struggle in order to study.
