Agreement on Movement and Access
Agreement between Israel and the Palestinian Authority regarding Gaza's border crossings following Israel's withdrawal. The Rafah crossing will open in November 2005, operated by the Palestinians and Egyptians under European supervision and serving holders of Palestinian ID's. The agreement also regulates use of the commercial and cargo crossing points and includes general understandings regarding the establishment of a seaport in the Strip, restoration of its airport, secured convoys between it and West Bank and a general undertaking by Israel to remove roadblocks in the West Bank.
