Routine Torture: Interrogation Methods of the General Security Service

A report by B'Tselem regarding interrogation methods by the GSS [later known as ISA], published some 18 months before the HCJ ruling on torture (HCJ 5100/94). The report details interrogation methods and determines that they constitute torture which is forbidden by international law. The report includes many testimonies by Palestinian detainees who had been tortured during their interrogation. From the website of B'Tselem.
