Israel: Discriminatory law approved by the Knesset
The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) expresses concern over the enactment of the Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law (Temporary Order), 5763–2003, in part because it applies retroactively, it is sweeping in nature, harms thousands of families, and is unclear on the fate of children twelve years and older.
