Israel and the Occupied TerritoriesTorn Apart: Families split by discriminatory policies

Report of Amnesty International that deals with the Citizenship and Entry into Israel Law (Temporary Order), and views the Law as an official sanction of Israel’s discrimination on the basis of ethnic and national origin, enacted for demographic reasons. The report also discusses the restrictions on Israelis who visit their families in the Gaza Strip, the restrictions on family unification in the Occupied Territories, and Israel’s breach of its obligations under international law.
