HCJ 1813/03 - El Barka'ah et al. v. Commander of the IDF in the West Bank Petition
Petition to prevent the demolition of an apartment building in which the family of a Palestinian suspected of involvement in an attack lived. Israeli security forces entered the building, told the occupants they intended to demolish it, and left destruction in their wake. The occupants moved out for several days due to the threat of demolishing. HaMoked requested the military's legal advisor in the West Bank to stop the action before filing its petition.
