Legal Consequences of the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory Advisory Opinion

The International Court of Justice ruled that the construction of the wall and its associated regime in the Occupied Palestinian Territory are contrary to international law; that Israel must dismantle it and compensate the Palestinians suffering damage from the construction; and that the General Assembly and the Security Council should consider what further action is required to bring to an end the illegal situation.
