HCJ 4715/03 - Shuweiqi et al. v. Commander of the IDF forces in the West Bank Petition for Order Nisi and Interim Order
Petition against demolition of a house, filed after a statement was made of an intention to do so. Despite the statement, the state contended that a decision had not yet been made. The petition raises the argument that, in light of the military's frequent entry into the house, there is no basis for the army’s contention that it fears prior notice of intention to demolish the house will lead to its being booby-trapped.
