HCJ 5797/90 - AlSinawi et al. v. IDF Commander in the West Bank Petition
HaMoked's petition regarding a number of detainees held by security forces without their family being notified of their detention. HaMoked demands to know what happened to the detainees and to allow their representative to meet with them. The petition was filed after many fruitless appeals by HaMoked to the Respondent, who refrained from providing details regarding where the detainees were being held, despite his previous undertaking before the HCJ.
